This is the worst practice’s i have ever been to, avoid it like the plague! One of the receptionist greeted me at my car and went absolutely berserk for parking in one of the reserved parking spots! No where does it say for Dr’s only. She kept on with it the whole time i was waiting for the Dr and was even going about in an abusive way with other patients. She must be an owner as I would have fired her on the spot if i was the manager.

I do not recommend this clinic. In my experience, the doctors seemed uncertain and the consultations were not handled professionally. On one occasion, Dr. Colin Lau contacted us for what he described as an emergency, which turned out to be unnecessary and a waste of our time. We were also advised to go to King Edward Hospital without any clear explanation or basis, and later referred to Fiona Stanley without proper discussion or consultation. Overall, the service felt disorganized and unhelpful.

Poorly administered practice. We booked our newborn’s six-week appointment and arrived exactly five minutes late. Despite this, we were turned away on arrival. We received a missed call and voicemail one minute before entering the practice, which we did not answer as we were getting our newborn out of the car. On arrival, we were met with an abrupt and dismissive response and told we were “too late” and to rebook.
