I’ve been with this practice for nearly 20years but it is so hard to see a preferred doctor. I wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment then contacted on the day cancelling my appointment because she is sick, then I’m back waiting for another 3-4 weeks. It happens too often.

We went there for my sons medical checkup, he just arrived in Perth and Medicare hasn't sent his card. The rude Filipina reception/nurse just straight said no card, no rebate. The other nurse/reception tried to help though but was ordered to just charge us $100. We went to another clinic with a better reception and service (NMG) for his followup, we did not even have to ask and they told us they will give us an invoice so we can claim to medicare. We called medicare to verify and we were told we can claim it if we had the in... read more
