Jason took the time to discuss my presenting issue over the phone and, realising my desperation to have some relief, made time to fit in my appointment on the same day. He informed me of all my options to enable me to make decisions about my own care and his naturally sunny disposition and compassionate nature made him a pleasure to deal with. I saw Ian with my old orthotics that were giving me problems walking. Ian adjusted my old orthotics (I was expecting I would need new orthotics) and my problem has improved. Thank you Ian
