I have found the G.P.s, and Nurses, and the Reception Staff always very professional without being detached.
I would not come back to this place Just been visited by Sanat Kumar Nandwana and I would not recommend him. Barley looked at my skin problems and felt like I was talking to a brick wall when I ask for some advice. Just gave me a script for some pills that will only last me till the end of the week when I asked for some good cream. The whole experience felt rushed and I felt like I just walked out with nothing. Won’t be coming back here.
Finished with the doctor and asked to pay at receptionist and told to wait. more than 10 mins without notification. Poor communication and service on 26/11
Connie is a queen. Always the friendliest manner on the phone, incredible patience and a willingness to go above and beyond for you. The doctors are lovely and see you promptly. The waiting areas are divided well and the care is professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend the practice more!
Usually always professional and friendly, warm friendly staff. Most doctors are great.
