Air con had no fan speed well just a trickle. Care taker came around to check it out and Said it’s all good and ya get what ya pay for, Wouldn’t recommend this place that’s for sure. Wish I had read the other reviews first.

Was slightly disappointed that I booked a " spa suite" to not even have a working spa covered by wood and not accessible. We had until 10am for check out and at 8:30 someone walked on in unlocking the door with no knock and realised we were still there and all that was said was " oh nope they are still here"

Stayed here for 2 nights a few weeks ago, room smelled gross and there no way to open the window (sealed shut) so had to leave my door open for fresh air whenever I could, however there was usually someone smoking right outside (I was on the second floor) so there was rarely any opportunity to air the room out. There was a couple smoking out of a glass pipe in the carpark and loud arguments in the middle of the night in the room next to us. Had to ask reception for toilet paper. Unfortunately the photos are old they use on the website. The rooms were absolutely filthy! Mould, Dust, rusty toilet Paper holder and toilet brush! Only clean things is sheets and towels. Room next to us had people coming and going all night. Beds have collapsed and need replacing. For the money wasn't expecting fancy. However not breaking down tired furniture! Place smelled of stale cigarettes. Our Asthma and allergies have surfaced.

Had to cut my week long stay here short as it was too noisy to sleep. The walls are very thin and you can hear the TV (sometimes left on ALL night long) and conversations in the rooms on both sides (with both mine and their doors and windows closed). Being near the stairwell was noisy, the road was noisy and there was construction noise going on. No chance getting any sleep day or night.
