I would appreciate the secretary not call and speak to me like a child about a missed appointment. I did not waste my time telling her that I continuously returned her call with no body answering the phone which is why I finally left a message that yes appointment would need to be cancelled. I have explained before it's best not to book a year in advance because I am disabled and have serious medical appointments in winter.
