Justin and the team have been amazing to work with over the last few years. Justin is always able to layout the options and which options fit the best. Cannect goes above and beyond.
We worked with Justin to get a home equity loan for some renovations. He was phenomenal to work with. The process wea easy, quick and we ended up with exactly what we needed. Highly recommend Cannect and if you can deal with Justin it's a bonus.
My wife and sold our condo and had a ridiculous 2nd mortgage auto renewal from Alpine Credits that was going to kick in within a week. Cannect really stepped up and helped us to secure a quick and cheap short term bridge loan, saving us from a massive bump in interest and unacceptable payout terms from Alpine Credits and Amur Capital. Worked with Mat Kerr at Cannect twice, first for a refinance and just recently a renewal. Matt was professional and the communication was awesome. He handled everything from his end including the appraisal, lawyer etc.; therefore, I could complete my transactions from the comfort of my own home. Come renewal this year, Matt negotiated lower borrowing costs with the lender at no extra cost to me! Cannect even has digital signing of documents and zoom lawyer services. Will use them again at the next renewal! Highly recommend.
