Justin was straight forward, clear, professional, and no non-sense. I shopped around to 5-6 different banks and brokers and Justin came out on top with the best rate. He gave me his best rate, the first time I asked. Others provided higher rates and only dropped when they knew they would be beat.
Cannect has helped my family obtain over 7 mortgages over the past 20 years. Some of them were for principal residence and others for rental properties but we all got them for the best rate and conditions. There were times when I thought for sure we would not qualify but with Cannect's help, and in particular Phil Edwards help, we were able to get them. So many thanks to Cannect for helping us achieve our life goals.
Beyond satisfied. Justin has been super helpful in getting us the best rates. He even figured out how to get us out of a previous higher mortgage for a much lower option (covid times) with minimal disruption; I didn’t even think it was possible. I’m so happy we trusted him then. Fast forward 5 years and again he got us the lowest rate with great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
