Had two instances of requiring a loan for my business. Worked with Jason, the team efficiently helped me get what I needed and was much easier than dealing with the bank. Cannect took into account a lot of factors regarding the potential with my career and the equity in my home. Jason was also fantastic to work with, great personality and always cheerful. Jessie provided excellent customer service by staying in constant contact with myself which was very appreciative. Jessie also is very mannerly and very well knowledgeable. Jessie definitely deserve recognition for his above and beyond customer service that he provided however make sure to opt for a fixed rate and get everything in writing from the loaner…thanks again Jessie :)
