Manager was super rude! I went in with a return after I requested a CBD gummy and associate sold me a 10mg THC gummy. I returned for an exchange, which I now know is against policy (understandable) manager treated me like I was doing something wrong for simply asking! I didn’t argue with the policy, but manager was trying to fight with me about it anyway! She was loud, brash and essentially bullied me out of the store. Better deals at Main St anyway.

First time coming here and I was amazed by the quality of the store. They have some of the best top shelf flower and they have great customer service! Especially Brandon, he was very helpful and kind.

I’ve given this location many chances over time, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short of even basic expectations. The excise tax on cannabis is already extremely high, and instead of compensating with quality service, the customer experience here feels like an afterthought — or worse, like a deliberate cash grab.
