I’ve given this location many chances over time, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short of even basic expectations. The excise tax on cannabis is already extremely high, and instead of compensating with quality service, the customer experience here feels like an afterthought — or worse, like a deliberate cash grab. Insane selection with a very knowledgeble staff
Cannazone is the spot! Someone there really knows their stuff, and their selection keeps me coming back. The carts are solid, and I appreciate the knowledgeable service—extra points for the strain recommendations that help balance my evening routine without knocking me out or sparking too much of the munchies. Friendly staff, great selection, and quick, helpful guidance on the brands I’m interested in. Definitely the kind of service that makes a difference. Thanks, Cannazone!
Visited on Tuesday 10/29 for their 25% off DEAL DAY... but a few minutes prior to closing I walked in and was told they closed "early" & had shut off the POS system and I could no longer be helped anymore. It was 10:55pm when I walked in. Very bad management! Please update your hours to reflect the correct time the "system" closes.
