I’ve never had an issue with them, good service and kind people.
I had a phone call appointment here and oh man … Started off iffy as communication was not great and they took a while to reach out but it got done eventually. However upon receiving this reply it was then even harder to get ahold of them to actually book in the appointment in. (Emailed 3 times trying to get a confirmation) However, this was the LEAST of my concerns here. TERRIBLE experience! I have never received the call from the clinic on my scheduled day/time and they banned me from making a new appointment. I explained several times that I never received the call.
Do not waste your time here! They are only available one day a week and then call to cancel the appointment because the “practitioner is no longer available” that day. I had to book the day off of work using vacation pay. Not sure who they think their clientele is however most people I know are not able to just take time off work whenever it’s convenient for the doctor!!! On top of it what I was prescribed didn’t help one bit!!
