Wow, they were quick to respond to a request for a prescription. But man, it was difficult to get a reply when it was time for insurance paperwork. The doctor (Pasyk) seemed to be very knowledgeable and certainly personable and easy going, but the clinic staff have disappointed me for sure. Hopefully they can find equally management able to assist the patient as effectively as the Doctor.
