Staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable, and to a great extent during the initial procurement of the licencing process, very helpful. When I first became a patient with Cannascribe, I was quoted a price that would cover the cost of issuing a licence and subsequent renewals (3mth then 6 mth and now yearly) and the interviews for renewals were done online. I am now being asked for additional monies for the issuance of a new certificate to replace one expiring soon. Why can't some businesses honour their word.....I'd love to... read more
Had a most enjoyable experience working with this company!!! I found the staff to great when it came making the seemingly tough process very simple with the help of Melissa . I would recommend this company to any buddy that asks.
Being a veteran, the process has been very easy to sign up. I found that all the agents there are knowledgeable as far as who is dispensing. Melissa usually answers the phone jovial,professional, and is quick to get answers if needed. Skype interview worked well for me and the doc gave an appropriate dosage. Appropriate, meaning that a lot of the industry goes over board with over prescriptions even though we are talking about pot, over prescribing by any means is bad on certain levels. From the first time I contacted Cannascribe I received nothing but professionalism. I immediately received a “welcome email” with all the steps needed to acquire my licence. I had a few questions when called the office I was greeted on the other end by Melissa. She answered all my question made sure that I was cool with the answers before hanging up the phone.
