Definitely not a great experience. I had my appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately I got put on the "shy bladder" protocol due to inadequate sample (make sure you drink enough water), which was fine. However they were short staffed which meant waiting an extra hour despite needing to go very badly. The frustred me was that after another client asked to use the washroom due to having to wait so long, the supervisor said they have no public washroom and a client was told to go see if the Dollarama would let t... read more

I don't get where they got such a low rating, they are just doing their jobs.
Was here today March 5 around 3 p.m. this was the second time in the last three years. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very happy with them ladies both times. Thanks!
One of the worst spots to do testing. If they dont like the look of you they hold all the power to decide weather you test again. No smiles just miserable faces. There's better more professional testing facilities.
