Doctor Horwitz was confusing and long-winded. Most of his lecture towards me was completely unimportant and unrelated to my condition. Over all, I found his explanations unclear. I was also not told beforehand that it was a cash-only facility so I had to leave to go to my bank and then come back and pay. My only relief was that they allowed me to come in late since I couldn't get to my appointment on time.

My buddy has been going this place for 11 years. He's had back issues for years, all the cartilidge in his knee is gone and cannabis is the only way he can treat his pain. We were informed that they were closing early today and had to be there within an hour. Despite our best efforts, we were 10 minutes late. We were turned away by the doctor heading out to his car and told to come back another time. 11 years of loyalty, and they can't wait 10 minutes. Absolutely horrendous
