Extremely rude, not helpful at all and quite frankly, triggering experience overall. When I tried to discuss these issues with them, I was ignored. Changed providers, not that they even tried to retain my business.

Do not do business with these guys. They called me yesterday to rush to do my renewal, with the outbreak and other costs I've had recently I didn't want to do the renewal and pay the $100 as I didn't NEED it right away. Well the man who talked to me got mad said I should have called (keep in mind they were going to call me at 12:50 to do the renewal but he called me at 10am to confirm which is when I told him) and he thought he hung up as I could overhear him saying awful things about me to the person next to him.
