It was sometime back, but it definitely scared me off of coming back here ever again. Rude man at counter asked why I was even here when i asked for help. I would not have purchased anything had it not been the only shop I could get to on short notice. I think it's extremely important to have workers that understand the product and are friendly, because people use this stuff for health reasons, pain, insomnia,anxiety, having somebody like this working is very risky. Worst customer service in Calgary. Very rude older guy .i bought a torch lighter there for$20.it died 30 mins later.would not light.i went back with my receipt.i didnt want a refund i just wanted to exchange it for one that works.he yelled at me and he said(not my problem,go away!!!!)dont go to this store,boycot this guy. they have lost all of my business .there are lots off other stores you can spend your hard earned $.two thumbs to the angry older guy...2×
