Worst customer service in Calgary. Very rude older guy .i bought a torch lighter there for$20.it died 30 mins later.would not light.i went back with my receipt.i didnt want a refund i just wanted to exchange it for one that works.he yelled at me and he said(not my problem,go away!!!!)dont go to this store,boycot this guy. they have lost all of my business .there are lots off other stores you can spend your hard earned $.two thumbs to the angry older guy...2×

My boy Tyler has super good customer service and he’s always holdin it down ! this spot is a 10/10 and i would recommend this spot to erybody !
As long as that rude salesman works there—he doesn't know what he's selling and he insults you—PLEASE DON'T GO. I only went in and out; the bad atmosphere and the old man's attitude left much to be desired. Save yourself the trouble. I came to read the comments late. I only passed by because I was nearby. First and last time, of course.
