The man was disrespectful to my mother and the lady doctor basically disregarded her health conditions. Never again!
We are on the third year in a row of attending the appointment, paying for the appointment, being told the renewal is done and the renewal is not done. Every single year you have to call back when your registration expires and have them put it through so you can be a medical paitent again.
It be nice if they answered the phone or help with issues
I feel as though this business is more about money than wellness and that bothers me. My father needs quality care. The process took 5 minutes and thats not acceptable. We have questions that weren't answered. We were basically pushed out of the video before we could address our concerns.
