It be nice if they answered the phone or help with issues
I feel as though this business is more about money than wellness and that bothers me. My father needs quality care. The process took 5 minutes and thats not acceptable. We have questions that weren't answered. We were basically pushed out of the video before we could address our concerns.
This was a very easy experience. The team was very knowledgeable and relatable. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to receive help to check them out.
