I feel as though this business is more about money than wellness and that bothers me. My father needs quality care. The process took 5 minutes and thats not acceptable. We have questions that weren't answered. We were basically pushed out of the video before we could address our concerns.
This was a very easy experience. The team was very knowledgeable and relatable. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to receive help to check them out.
Let me start by saying the process to get an appointment and the timeliness of it was great. Chris replied via text and then responded when I called indicating my cert was not initially renewed. He assured me it would be updated the day it expired. Fast forward to today and it went left. I arrived to find out my cert was not updated so I called and got Chris.
