I have been with Canna Wellness for 4 years. I made an appointment. It was confirmed for 115. They made me pay before my appointment which was $168. I’m a hairdresser so I booked my day out for half hour from 115 till 145 so I could take my appointment with Dr. Piper. The one star is solely for the customer service of the lady who answers the phones. She will not let you speak, isa dang rude, and then will say they require payment upfront for an appointment that they might cancel or not be able to honor?! Sorry not sorry, but I already found a new doctor. You lost a patient because of customer service.
I’ve been calling and calling to no answer They didn’t put my prescription in right, and I can only get a little amount of flower. They won’t answer their phone, aren’t open on fridays and now having to wait the whole weekend they won’t answer their damn phone, so what do I do
Wouldn’t recommend this place, not the most organized or professional and kinda makes it hard to get the right prescription ,wants to go with minimal amounts. Honestly I felt like I was being judged based on my looks cause I have tattoos I wouldn’t recommend.
