It was an over all good experience with scheduling doctor appointment. But, the inner communications between staff, numerous emails, text messages that get annoying after so many “reminders”, which I appreciate, but I don’t need reminded a dozen times. Also, there seems to be a lack of coordinated effort of communication between CCD & scheduling staff, which is probably why I get one message after another, even reminders my “cards expired”, after I already completed & paid in full all doctors & DE state application fees. Fast.. I set appointment got a call went thru some quick questions and got info Done!!
CannaCare was great!! I called to inquire about a medical marijuana card and the representative that answered the phone was very helpful. Within minutes I was scheduled an appointment with the doctor that same day. They stayed on the phone with me the whole time I filled out my application for the appointment, and even walked me through the process with the state as well.
