I did my initial card and many renewals with them and it always quick and efficient and reliable and renewals come thru on the same day.
So I had an appointment to renew my card and I was going through the process of filling out the form online and it wasn’t going through and then all of a sudden they cancel my appointment. Very frustrating. There was no one I could call or reach out to Not very happy with my experience I guess this here it shows the patients are not important. It’s all about my first. Please do better

They're great. I get the ssdi discount so i paid $125 for renewal. It's so easy to book an appointment, upload necessary documents, and the waiting time is nonexistent. My appointment was at 3pm and the NP called me at 2:59pm. Fantastic. Since they know my history, renewing it only took about 5 minutes. Highly recommend
