The lady at the desk isn’t very friendly, I arrived 10 mins early for my 10 o’clock appointment and she basically told me my appt isn’t till 10 and she guesses she will let me in to sit down. Also too it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my recertification. I’ll be making phone calls today.
I went the first time today. Staff was unbelievable....they listened, answered questions and were on time! Glad I made the decision to go!

DO NOT GO! They are disorganized and have terrible customer service. I went on Friday for my renewal, they promised to do the MMCC certification on Saturday....it’s Tuesday and it’s still not done because the doc is out, and they don’t know when she’ll be back. Meanwhile I’ve not been able to get my medicine and am in horrible PAIN! 😣😖😳😭😩
