came at 10 am to what was said to be an open store on new years for it only to be shown on the sign that it opens at 12 extremely disappointed

My issue with this location is they do not fulfill the order you pay for until you come in the store then they got a bit upset it seemed when I mentioned it. I’m just used to th 20 th street location cause they fill the order so the product you bought is not sold before the paying customer comes to pick up their purchase. The store is amazing but they do not deliver and it says online they do. I asked them n they said yes but it was a weird delivery service where u have to order then call a cab or something. So the day I tried they said no more delivery service. They also said its hard to get a delivery service here that r good enough for them but yet all other stores have good delivery service so I dont understand why they wouldn't compromise and just get a delivery service.
