I’m giving this location 1 star, because of the convenience of location only! I had a very disappointing experience with a service staff member at Canna Cabana the other night who went by the name “Rachel” (which I believe may not even be their real name). The level of customer service I received was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no effort to be helpful or respectful.
