So, im an elite member with Canna Cabana. Have been using their stores for product since the summer of 2021. I'm familiar with their efficient and educated customer service, with quick and intensive effort to ensure the customer gets what they asked for. I moved to northern Calgary in July, and had to change my primary location to this one: the Calgary District, just by Deerfoot. The staff and prices of this store are excellent. However this might be the worst stocked Weed store I've ever seen, but that might just be because it's so popular over here. If you're looking for THC oils be sure to call ahead as it seems they get stock once every two weeks and sell out by the next day
Tannis was a huge help and was so nice !!
Went there Wednesday night around 10:15 the blonde girl with dark roots was very rude she does not have good customer service she told me she had to serve customers who weren’t ready, asking for help or hadn’t addressed her once and she had a line of people ready who knew their order and waiting to be served but she purposely walked past all of them and told them to wait because she had to serve who came in first not who’s ready to be served first letting the line build most inefficient way to have customers in and out!!
