Today is Aug 25, I placed an online order at 8:00am thinking that my order will be delivered before 2 as it was promised. It is now 330 in the afternoon and yet to see it delivered. I have tried to contacted the store numerous times over 30 times on my call log and not one single person answered their phone. When you find your perfect Budtender.....I can't say enough goodness about our Budtender, Adam! He usually has some products ready to go when I walk in on order day and always listens to my feedback. Do they have product listed on their website? Maybe. Will the staff assist you? Eventually. Guarantee though that they will try and force you to join their paid membership program, even if your partner in the same household has the same membership already. Even Costco and my Credit Card company allowed a 2nd name on things. Don't waste your time on their games, just go somewhere else.
This place is seriously top-tier! I walked in with a ton of questions—like, a lot—and Naima (I think that was her name🤔) handled every single one like a total pro.
