Service at this store is sub par compared to other locations. Employees working including a shorter black lady and taller black man, were anything but friendly. I’ve been to other locations and have always felt welcomed and appreciated for being there.
I’ve been coming here for the last few months and had no issues. Today both my drivers license and health card were denied for no reason, the employee was a short little black girl with glasses who had a horrible attitude. I have been a member of canna cabana for a few years now and after this interaction I will not be coming back to this location

I’m writing this review to share an incredibly disheartening experience I had at Wellesley Street location on December 6, 2025. As a loyal customer of two years and an elite member, I’ve always trusted this store for my purchases. I arrived around 5:00 p.m. during their stated operating hours, only to find the door locked. I tried to enter, and a staff member—a Black woman who is notably shorter in height—responded very rudely.
