This place has the worst, most arrogant staff. I’ve had two instances where they’ve been extremely rude and refused service. On one occasion, I was waiting in line with my ID out but had a friend waiting by the door who didn’t have his ID on him. The short woman asked us both to leave. My friend offered to go back and get his ID but she just refused us service entirely. I’m extremely disappointed that this ongoing issue has not been addressed. A few months ago, shortly after returning to Canada, I visited this location while still recovering from eye surgery. My vision was blurry, so I politely asked the short Black female employee if she could read the percentage on a product label for me. The girl working there had such a horrible attitude and was not helpful at all when I asked for suggestions. It just seemed like she hated her job

Worst location. Terrible and rude staff. Will kick everyone out and not let anyone in 20min before close. I paid online got here well before close and they would not let anyone in
