Went in to this store a while back, as I was browsing there products one of the associates who was a guy asks to see my ID makes me take it out of my wallet and show it to him. Worst Cannabis team ever. None of this team knows or cares about Cannabis. They lie about others. They are the definition of bullies. Just a very toxic and disgusting environment at the Crowfoot location. Horrific people.

I placed an online order, received the confirmation and made payment which was confirmed in my banking app. Arrive at the store where they say they have no record of my purchase and tell me to come back later or phone in an hour or two to see if my orders come through their system. So despite having an order confirmation and confirmed payment and also confirm stock in the store, they refused to give me a refund or give me my product and made their problem, my problem.
