Was sold damaged, unusable product. Tried to inquire about a refund and was yelled out of the store after they recommended I reach out to the manufacturer directly. Poor customer service treatment.
The staff were friendly and hilarious ! They also just move with a sense of purpose.
Canna is by FAR my favourite Dispensary in Guelph. They always have amazing prices & the service is always so good. Got served today by Hope who was so helpful & knowledgeable!! TLDR: Best Dispensary in Guelph! (Prices & the incredibly kind staff!) 💚
