This is not a bad place. Ive smoked for close to 20 years and they have good quality stuff. I have had bad experiences with some of the staff also. ( Im talking to you Fabio, cut your hair.) Recently i went there and had a wonderful experience with a wonderful new? staff member. An Indian lady i think (we were talking about the heat) Get the membership, thats what makes it cheap, and the membership is also cheap. quality pre-rolls and gear.

Literally bad service
The employees are the reason for my rating. They are very rude and have no respect if you ask them a question they respond as if you're a bum from the streets of Toronto asking them for money. The atmosphere is nice, and they do have a large variety of product, but the customer service is the reason why I will never return to this establishment.
