I recommend using another vet. This place is a money driven clinic, more than an actual pet care. Unless your rich, stear clear as you will be charged over and over again for just a check up. One vet told me not to worry and to bring my cat back if things didn't improve and I couldn't get the pee sample. (We are very much on a budget). She said" if it doesn't get better and you can't collect the urine yourself, you can come back before 2 months and we will do it without having another checking fee). Bad service, they charge for unnecessary medicine. You should really ask what you're paying for each item on the bill. If it sounds unnecessary it is. They act all dismissive and insulted when you ask, but it will save you money.
