Holy cow, googled to find the office number after losing the number on the note in my purse to find such horrible words from disgruntled folks ~ shocker I have been to this office many times and seen a few of the lovely doctors at the office. What a rude receptionist. I called there this morning to find out about a referral that was sent to them yesterday. Because I deeply beed an app asap. She rudely said I have no idea if we received it, i have 45 other faxes to deal with. And we won't be getting back to you until we have an app spot to book. I said so do you know how long that might take? She had no clue and I thanked her for being zero help at all. The entire system at the Canmore Obstetric Gynecologist clinic is disappointing. They don’t care about patients at all it’s all about money. The staff, from the front desk to the doctors, show no empathy or genuine concern. You’re treated like a number, or worse, like you owe them something for simply being there. If you have the option to go anywhere else, do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
