The entire system at the Canmore Obstetric Gynecologist clinic is disappointing. They don’t care about patients at all it’s all about money. The staff, from the front desk to the doctors, show no empathy or genuine concern. You’re treated like a number, or worse, like you owe them something for simply being there. If you have the option to go anywhere else, do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Love this clinic. The receptionist was so accommodating and helpful. As a medical receptionist myself I understand how difficult it can be to be in this role, and she exceeded my expectations. I could not recommend this clinic more!

Receptionist was the least empathetic person I have ever met. Had an appointment and called multiple times to confirm the date, which was confirmed. Arrived on the date but was told it was supposed to be a week later and they printed a document that said it was a week later. However, on the phone it was consistently mentioned that the appointment was on the original date and not the new one a week later. Highly recommend Canmore Obstetrics and Gynecology. Bailey is absolutely wonderful, patient and efficient. I was in great hands with the lovely Dr. Topping and couldn’t have asked for a better team for my acute journey - thank you for everything!
