Im not gonna go on here and publically trash canmore lube and muffler but ultimately 1 star should tell you all you need to know (i almost never feel compelled to review businesses). Whoever owns this business is welcome to give me their contact and ill talk about it privately. I just want to be done right by.
This place is absolutely terrible have been there six times in the past year.Front desk man who is super rude and just says taking no more oil changes today.He tells you to come first thing in the mornings cause it’s first come first serve.You arrive half an hour after opening and you guessed it no more oil changes today.
I went to Canmore Lube & Muffler because I wanted to find out why my brakes were overheating. After their inspection, they told me I needed to replace both front calipers, brake pads, and rotors — and quoted me almost $1,500 for the job. That sounded high, so I took their parts list to Lordco in Calgary and quickly realized the pricing was way off. Came in for an oil change, they finished it and released the car with no notes. Two days later the skid plate fell out on the highway and received substantial damage.
