We were travelling and staying in Canmore for a few days and had to visit the ER yesterday for my 2 yr old. The nurse and doctor were SO kind and patient and provided us with quick medication and advice. The medication gave immediate relief to my son and we were able to travel back home safely and comfortably thanks to the right medication provided. I am so impressed by the support we received! Thank you!
I had to visit the ER while traveling because of severe abdominal pain. As a tourist, I was extremely stressed about the situation, but thankfully, all the doctors and nurses were super professional, considerate and caring. They took time listening to my symptoms, explaining to me my diagnosis and the follow up check-ups that I need to get once I get back home in Korea. Thank you so much Dr. Twelker, Dr. McLaughlin, Nurse Bridget, and all the other nurses and staffs.
fast. however, in er said all of my test results “looked amazing,” meanwhile they show i have a UTI? i would have liked to know right there and then?? kidney infections hello??
Was there for an operation
Just spent upwards of four hours in the waiting room and didn’t get to see anyone. I get that the healthcare system is under stress, but an estimate of the wait time would be nice when it’s that long. I also understand that whoever has the most serious injuries/illness should get treated first, but two people who hadn’t even been waiting for an hour got in before me… and I can’t say whether or not their injuries were serious, but they didn’t look to be in discomfort to me.
