i had a day surgery on Wednesday, Sept 6th 2023 for a vein ligation and stripping at the Canmore Hospital. i was very grateful to the staff and physicians. Dr, Muirhead, Dr. Sullivan, RN Alicia and nurse Nick and the anesthesiologist and all the nurses which attended which i can't remember all your names i think Amanada and Judy were all very compassionate, completely thorough, care and consideration was shown by all. Decided to try my luck at getting some bloodwork done without an appointment on a Tuesday around 4pm (they accept walk-in’s until 4:30). I had minimal expectations given my timing but after easily navigating to the blood collection area: I was triaged and poked in under 10 minutes! Absolutely outstanding service from nurse Paula. Great experience all around.
As a regular patient last year, I spent considerable time in the hospital and ED receiving outstanding care - professionalism and empathy beyond words from every nurse, doctor, EMTs and staff member. Their compassionate support made all the difference during a tough time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
