I was visiting Canmore for vacation when a painful condition required immediate attention at 4:00 am. Fortunately, I met my guardian angel, Dee, the lead nurse on shift. She happened to be at the door as I walked in. She immediately listened to me and her responses comforted me knowing that I was in good hands. Dee was very kind, respectful and professional and she knew exactly what to do. I was treated and left the ER in an hour. I’m so grateful Dee was on shift. The world is a better place because of people like her.

I had to visit the ER while traveling because of severe abdominal pain. As a tourist, I was extremely stressed about the situation, but thankfully, all the doctors and nurses were super professional, considerate and caring. They took time listening to my symptoms, explaining to me my diagnosis and the follow up check-ups that I need to get once I get back home in Korea. Thank you so much Dr. Twelker, Dr. McLaughlin, Nurse Bridget, and all the other nurses and staffs.
