I had an appointment but had to reschedule because of work. Things got busy, and I completely forgot about the rescheduled appointment, so I ended up being a no-show. When I called the clinic back and explained what happened (people make mistakes), I even said I was willing to pay the $50 no-show fee. Instead, they told me I had to pay a $350 cancellation fee, plus another $350 for the aviation medical exam — $700 total. Lost hearing for a day, got an Appointment the next day and one of the receptionists cured me after getting direction from Dr. Hawkins. Great clinic would recommend.
I recently completed my aviation medical at Canmore Associate Medical Clinic, and the experience was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the medical assistant who completed the preliminary assessments was very kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. John Michalyshyn was extremely knowledgeable and personable.
