From the moment I walked in, this clinic got it right. Lahla, the office admin coordinator, is the first face patients see and she sets the tone perfectly. Warm, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming, exactly what you need when you're nervous about a procedure. The clinical team kept that same energy the whole way through.
