I was very nervous for my colonoscopy and gastroscopy. The staff were very reassuring and answered all questions I had. Lovely people! Definitely stressed for no reason it was a breeze. The only fault was waiting room time, but wasn't a huge deal to me. Highly recommend this establishment
I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today and everything was so easy. My nurse Ruby was so kind and helpful. She really cares about her patients. Jean Quigley
Really bad experience. They book too many people and seriously run behind schedule. The normal waiting time for this is about 2-3 hours even you have an appointment with them. It’s extremely unnecessary and unfair for people are are fasting a whole to get a procedure. Wouldn’t recommend this place and run to save your time
Disappointing “assembly line” level experience for my first colonoscopy, which made my anxiety even worse. Reception was cold, tense, unwelcoming; staff gave strong vibes of a negative work environment. Dr. and anesthetist acted detached and overly casual, nurse was snappy and not reassuring. Despite having written my answers out on a questionnaire, doctor asked the same questions again and again. He didn’t seem to be paying attention.
