I had my first colonoscopy here today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My appointment was at 6:30 PM, and I was all done by 7:20 PM. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They explained every step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves since I’d never had a procedure before. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Thank you Dr.Ali, to Mira and to the entire team for taking such great care of me!
I highly recommend this medical centre for your colonoscopy & gastroscopy. The nurses made me feel calm, and the whole process took about 2 hours and was quick and easy. I was very nervous going in, but the staff put me at ease right away. You’re in good hands here!
Kinda of a mix review here , they took me an hour after my appointment which I was furious I was angry hungry, but when theu did take me in dident feel a thing woke up theu gave me juice and where very nice so not bad doctors and nurses where great just dident like the wait
For procedures that involve not eating or having water for many hours or even a day, a 2+hr wait from your appointment time is not appreciated. Book fewer people please.
This place is horrible! I would give it zero stars if I was able ! I had to drive a loved one for a 6 Pm appointment and they were not even called in until 9 PM !! No explanation given until I asked after my loved one went in . The only thing she said was “someone ran over their time “ !I work In healthcare so i completely understand that things happen and appointments get delayed but not for three hours with no explanation!
