This place is a scam. Art Wu took hundreds of dollars from us as a "deposit" before doing the work, but never even ended up doing the work or giving our money back. He stopped answering my calls until I called from an unknown number and he refused to give my deposit back or do the work! Please don't waste your time and money here.

Art Wu is fraud. We had our estimate done with him for shutters and binds. He asked for a $300 deposit before beginning the work. The next day, we decided that we wanted just blinds instead of shutters, so we called Art and put our order on hold. He said he would inform the office and put the order on hold, and that we'd get our deposit back once he returned from Montreal the following week.
