Awesome service in yard for unloading our trucks but account payables are really awful, trying to get the balance of a transport paid for almost a year now.... Not able to reach payable on phone, working only by e-mail and they never answer!
I had an issue with some sand that I had delivered, John who answered my call, listened to what I was saying, and said he would look into it and call me back. Not 10 minutes went by before he called back, and the next thing I knew Mike, the owner was on his way to my home to look into my concern. He also listened to what I was saying and offered to have someone come same day to remove it, and new sand will replace it tomorrow! THAT IS 5 STAR SERVICE!
We recently purchased interlock stone from this company and had a really great experience from start to finish. The quality of the stone was excellent, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Really disappointed with the customer service. I called twice and was left on hold both times without getting any help. Your customers deserve much better. You just lost a good landscaping contract because of it.
