Our experience with Canine Protection International has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first conversation to bringing Bear home, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Bear has exceeded every expectation we had – he is incredibly well-trained, confident, and stable, yet also loving, social, and an absolute joy to live with. The level of support and training CPI provides is truly over the top. They didn’t just deliver a finished dog; they spent the time t... read more

It was a pleasure working with Alex and CPI. Our new dog, Cash, is everything that Alex promised! Aside from being just a beautiful, healthy GSD, he is very well mannered and well trained. He was perfectly matched to our family. We have young grandchildren, and Cash is so gentle with them. I don’t worry for a moment that he would be aggressive or inappropriate with them. He fits into our household perfectly, yet I know without a doubt that he would protect us with his life if necessary.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Canine Protection International deserves one. As a husband and father, having a dog that’s both a trusted family companion and a capable protector gives me real peace of mind. From day one, Alex and Abby showed a level of professionalism and care that’s rare to find. They didn’t just hand us a trained dog — they made sure we understood how to work with him, build a bond, and handle real-world situations. You can tell their team truly loves what they do. Our dog is steady, obedient, and pe... read more

We couldn't be happier with the dog Alex and his team selected for us based on our lifestyle. He's the most affectionate and loving dog in our home yet we know in an instant he can turn into a protection dog. During the delivery process it was clear Alex and Abby care deeply about the dogs they sell and provide enough training to their clients so the transition goes as smoothly as possible for the clients and dogs! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPI to anyone.

I got my first purebred Czech German Shepherd, Aria, from Alex at CPI, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Aria is by far the smartest dog I’ve ever owned—and I’ve had many! She’s a perfect example of the breed, and even my trainer, with over 20 years of experience, has been blown away by her lineage and temperament. The entire process with Alex and CPI was amazing. I was set on getting a female, which required waiting for a new litter, but Alex never gave up on me. He guided me every step of the way to ensure I found the per... read more
