RecommendedWonderful way to get a good foundation for a life time of enjoyment with your dog. An obedience trained dog is a joy to have with you and is well worth the effort! Canine Obedience is a great way to accomplish that goal with knowledgeable and compassionate trainers. I've taken several dogs there and they all loved their classes and learned quickly. The dogs enjoy learning what is expected of them and love seeing their "classmates" each week!
Affordable and effective training. The trainers work with both the dog and the handler to learn and practice dog handling skills. The dogs learn basic commands, heeling and good recall - all necessary skills. They also offer good advice to help with behavioral issues. At the end of training, the dogs test for CGC and rarely does anyone fail the test. Afterwards you can participate in ongoing training to keep up your dogs skills and practice with the distraction of other dogs.
Canine Obedience has helped us learn how to be consistent with our dogs - and therefore successful! "People training" is part of what we learned - and as a result we have dogs who we were able to have in almost any situation - with children, with other dogs, etc. I highly recommend them!
