Poor customer service! I had booked an appointment (with Stacy) weeks out due to my regular groomer having severe staffing shortages. I ended up traveling when the appointment was, so I called the week (four days prior to appointment) of and left a message. Actually left two messages as their machine cut me off on the first message. Canine Design called me back, however, in an area with no service.
