We boarded our pup and our cats here for a few days. They seemed fine when we picked them up. We didn't get a tour of the facilities. But we didn't ask. Staff was friendly and professional.

Charged us an extra 2 days of boarding because I was 30 minutes late due to a traffic accident on RT 50. I really felt ripped off. I asked to talk to the owner and of course, he wasn't available.
