I love them! Not only is Beth a wonderful, caring person, she, her husband and daughter have become friends as well. They treat my Roscoe so well, even when we have weird requests (my sweet Aussie has a fuzzy backside that needs shaving down more than Beth wants to, but she obliges me every time!) Thank you so much, sweet friends. I will never use anyone else! ��

By far the most AFFORDABLE, TRUSTWORTHY & ACCOMADATING Groomers in the Hampton Roads Area. The Ladies truly care about each dog, & do exempliary work! My shiz tsu is very nervous & has physical & emotional issues. Grooming her is difficult at best. They are so kind, patient & always flexible in pricing & ACCOMADATING us at the drop of a hat. My siz tsu, Bunny, gets SO excited when we pull up, barking & ready to go inside. There is NO place I would even consider taking her. A HIDDEN GEM IN HAMPTON ROADS!!
Although I was very surprised when I picked my Lily up yesterday, she is much more comfortable. I guess it was my fault, I DID say the more hair off of her, the better. I just wasn't expecting her to be shaved. Barbara used to thin out the other Sheltie's hair in the summer months, this is what I meant, just wasn't specific.I will admit, I did come home, sit in the floor with her & cry a bit. :>) Overall, the fact that she is comfortable is all that matters.
