I had previously left this clinic a 5 star review but my feelings have unfortunately changed. On my last few visits most of the front desk staff have had a less than great attitude, and been unfriendly and unhelpful. I also felt judgement and a lack of compassion from the vet that I saw today, who seemed to be annoyed that I did not give my dog all 4 pre-visit pills (they make absolutely no difference to him panicking). Hands Down I have finally found the Best Veterinarian in the City!! Dr. Matthew Tornopolski!! Not only is he extremely thorough and conscientious with diagnosing your pet properly and making sure they are sent home with the right medication the first time, he does what no other Veterinarian I have seen do in over 30 years of owing pets!! He actually books a follow up appointment the following week to double check and make sure your pet is on the right track as far as healing & responding properly to their medication!! I can't thank Dr. Stacy enough. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped me choose the best options for my dogs without ever making me feel pressured.
