I took my dogs to get groomed and they were shaved bald. I called and complained,They called me back and offered to do free grooming because of this. So I brought in 1 of my dogs, explained exactly what I wanted-no notes were taken about my wants.NONE OF MY WANTS WERE DONE! Once again shaved! I go to get my dog and they charged me $184.00. So not happy today. I have been bringing my dog here for years and had an appt today for my dog to be groomed (which I made weeks ago). I went to drop her off at 8:15am only to be told pickup was 5pm, which has never been the case previously, ever. I told the clerk my dog does not do well in kennels so the earliest pickup is needed. Keep in mind they know this because they have her records and have been told this on every occasion she has there.
