I have a 16-year-old yorkie who can barely stand. Not only did this groomer do a great job, but she treated my dog so well. I will definitely use this mobile groomer again!
I thought I found a neighborhood groomer that could take care of my 3 yrs shih tzu. First 2 months all was well and she charged me the rate for shampoo, brush and trim. Well on the 3rd time she claimed that he was too matted and she would have to cut him down. I told her to just trim him and I'll do the brushing out. She charged me full price. I go back 5 days later now that I thoroughly brushed him out and asked for her to now give him a trim. She said bring him back tomorrow. The next day when I returned to pick my d... read more
