I am always comforted by the fact that Dr. Barcus and her team of veterinary assistants and staff have my dog's best interests in mind. Dr. Barcus has a preventative approach, but does not recommend anything that seems unnecessary. She explains things clearly and is very prompt in delivering information. Their schedule is extremely accommodating and we have never had to wait for care. I highly recommend the Canine Center for their genuine interest in the wellbeing of your companion.
Wonderful vet... she has sound advise and is a great diagnostician. Dr. Barcus is also very knowledgeable about nutrition, and offers top notch foods and treats at very reasonable prices (that she test on her own dogs). She is not quick to recommend meds or surgery without trying other options first. I appreciate her direct no nonsence approach. This does not look like any other vet office that I've ever been to.... it's open, airy, happy and a very pretty place. If I could add another star I would!!!!

The staff is great. Dr. Barcus is wonderful. Very caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and see if you have any questions. The place is very clean and up to date. I love the rooms - no slippery metal tables for the dogs. My dog has arthritis and wasn't doing much but lying around. After the laser therapy, he's like a pup again. I highly recommend this place!
Dr. Barcus is WONDERFUL! Dr. Barcus is caring and so knowledgeable. She gives you as much time as you need, and has a wealth of information on nutrition, training, etc. Her facility is spotless, bright and very happy. She staff is so friendly and helpful. She obviously loves what she does.
