Tried to take a couple of mowers here for general servicing, but they only like to service machines that they sell. Not really interested in looking for parts on machines that they don’t rep. Also said they weren’t able to work on diesel mowers. It wasn’t like I had older machines. 🤷♂️
My Dad's Ariens mower broke down. I went to a local competitor who wouldn't even measure the belt for a replacement, much less see if they had a pulley that would work. It was too much of a bother for them. Anyhow, went to Canfields and walked out in 5 minutes with a new belt and pulley to get the mower fixed. Polite wonderful service. Will definitely go back.
