My Dad's Ariens mower broke down. I went to a local competitor who wouldn't even measure the belt for a replacement, much less see if they had a pulley that would work. It was too much of a bother for them. Anyhow, went to Canfields and walked out in 5 minutes with a new belt and pulley to get the mower fixed. Polite wonderful service. Will definitely go back.
