Beware using Canfield Well Service! Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. We hired and gave a deposit to Canfield to drill a new well the first week of November, prior to our home being completed in December. They began work on schedule, but soon after, they informed us the drill broke and needed repair. The next week, the well collapsed. They assured us they were fixing the equipment and would be back as soon as the drill was repaired to re-drill a new well. But unfortunately this has never happened. Commun... read more
I have dealt with two employees there and both were unprofessional and condescending. They made it clear that our 650gpm and 1500gpm wells were "beneath" them and they did not want to be bothered with them even though they originally installed them. Never again!
