This is a beautiful community in central Texas. A clean & modern urban development in the piney woods of Cut & Shoot. A short drive from i45/TX75 in Conroe, with lots of resources. A great location with a broad cultural variety of residents, who are super friendly; lots of young families with kids. Caney Mills was well planned, turned out beautiful & has many positive attributes that make it a good place to live. And(or) to invest.
My claim number has been closed without being repaired, the flooring inspector came and marked with orange tape the areas that need repair, however James has sent me a message saying that no more repairs will be made, they have refused to repair what is still under warranty.
Kayla was amazing and lovely! I would definitely recommend talking with her if you’re looking for a place!
