Has gone downhill; quickly & badly. Extremely long waits for basic maintenance & even longer still for major issues. Made a request in June that still hadn't been addressed in September; which ultimately led to personal injury/time off of work. The only thing that keeps this from a 1 star rating is that they attempt to work with tenants should they be late with payment.
